This is my personal presentation of the Wim Hof breathing technique. My wisdom of slow, controlled pranayama breathing combined with the uncontrolled pranayama technique of Wim Hof.

In addition to the Wim Hof breathing technique, in this product I show yoga mudra (small gestures) to clarify your energy centers i.e. your chakra, and make chakra meditation much better (chakra meditation not given in this product). Your spinal energy will increase with mudra practice during the Wim Hof breathing.
I also give a technique to communicate with your body, which is made easier through the Wim Hof breathing practice. This technique has many applications. I show how to reduce the pain of bad body posture and also how to calm your adrenaline glands by talking with them.
