Protection Mudra Sequence

Mudras (gestures) evoke certain emotions, states of mind, and sensations in our bodies. Since the effects are predictable practicing mudras allows us to scientifically observe for ourselves our own responses to particular ideas or perspectives. This mudra sequence will help you hone your sitting practice and become even more aware of the subtle energies within and around your body, and it will help you cultivate the focus and suppleness necessary for a fruitful meditation practice. Recorded casually in an apartment, this video is intended to be a simple and approachable introduction to the protection sequence as shown in “Mudras for Healing and Transformation” by Joseph and Lilian Le Page and taught to me by Bryce Delbridge. I change the linguistics of the guided meditation and some other nuances, which distinguishes this product from any other available. Namaste, Chris
